Red Dragon Jonny Clayton RD-ADV 90% Tungsten Switch Point Darts - 22g

Red Dragon Jonny Clayton RD-ADV 90% Tungsten Switch Point Darts - 22g

Experience the precision and control of a proven championship-inspired design with the Jonny Clayton RD-ADV 90% Tungsten Switch Point Darts - 22g. Developed from the iconic Jonny Clayton Originals, these premium steel tip darts combine a distinctive tapered barrel, precision-machined grip and innovative interchangeable point technology.

Inspired by the darts used by Jonny "The Ferret" Clayton during his World Cup triumph with Wales and his 2021 Premier League victory, the RD-ADV offers a refined take on one of his most recognisable barrel designs.

90% Tungsten Barrels with a Refined Tapered Profile

Manufactured from high-quality 90% tungsten, the RD-ADV barrels deliver a slim, streamlined profile without compromising on weight or control. Their centre-weighted construction provides a balanced feel, while precision-milled grip sections offer secure finger placement and consistent release characteristics.

A distinctive feature of the RD-ADV is its specially developed tapered nose. Introduced by Clayton to help minimise dart-to-dart deflections, this refined front section is designed to encourage tighter grouping and make the most of valuable scoring space on the dartboard.

Distinctive Black Onyx Finish

The RD-ADV features a striking black onyx finish, giving the barrels a sleek, professional appearance. This distinctive colour scheme reflects the black and red styling associated with Jonny Clayton's signature darts range.

Combined with precisely machined grip detailing, the dark finish creates a modern interpretation of the original championship-winning design.

Winmau Switch Point Technology

Equipped with the innovative Winmau Switch Point System, the Jonny Clayton RD-ADV darts allow players to replace or customise their steel tip points quickly and conveniently without traditional repointing equipment.

Each set comes fitted with 40mm Smooth Black Switch Points and includes a dedicated Switch Point tool for straightforward point changes.

The universal M2.5 threaded system also offers compatibility with other interchangeable dart point systems, including:

• Winmau Switch Points
• Target Swiss Points
• Harrows Quick Points
• Caliburn EVO EZ Points

This flexibility allows players to experiment with different point lengths, finishes and styles to suit their individual throwing preferences.

Precision Grip for Confident, Consistent Throwing

The Jonny Clayton RD-ADV incorporates a level 4 grip on Winmau's five-point grip scale, providing a pronounced feel for players who prefer additional barrel feedback.

With precision-milled grip zones concentrated around the front and centre of the barrel, these darts are particularly suited to players who favour a controlled finger position and a secure, repeatable grip.
